Return & Exchange
We have a customer friendly return and exchange policy.
Exchange:
OTM Jewellery offers a lifetime exchange policy for diamond jewellery purchased from us. The product should accompany the original invoice for any exchange requests.
For Natural Diamond Jewellery:
- 100% value of gold based on the prevalent gold rate will be calculated
- 100% value of diamonds based on the billing value will be calculated
For Lab Grown Diamond Jewellery:
- 100% value of gold based on the prevalent gold rate will be calculated
- 100% value of lab grown diamonds based on the billing value will be calculated if exchanged with another lab grown diamond product, else, 50% value of lab grown diamonds based on the billing value will be calculated.
All making/labour charges, taxes, any credit card commission paid by OTM Jewellery shall be deducted. Value of any chipped, missing diamond/stone/metal shall also be deducted.
Returns:
For Natural Diamond Jewellery:
- Exchange value will be calculated as per the terms mentioned on the invoice, and a 10% deduction will be made on the same.
For Lab Grown Diamond Jewellery:
- Exchange value will be calculated as per the terms mentioned on the invoice, and a 10% deduction will be made on the same.
All making/labour charges, taxes, any credit card commission paid by OTM Jewellery shall be deducted. Value of any chipped, missing diamond/stone/metal shall also be deducted.
Payment will be made via a/c payee cheque or bank transfer mode only.
Complete exchange and refund details are mentioned on the original invoice and those terms will prevail. Customers are requested to provide the invoice for any exchange or refund requests, without which any exchange or refund will be only at the discretion of OTM Jewellery.
Returns within 15 days (applicable for products purchased from the website only)
For Website orders, any customer not satisfied with the product can return the product within 15 days of receiving the product.
The jewellery should be unused, in the proper form as was dispatched. All tags should be intact and attached to the jewellery. Customers intending to return the jewellery may please note, that the tags should not be removed from the jewellery. Removal of tag will constitute the jewellery as used.
All packaging and invoice accompanying the jewellery must be returned in their original state, and must be sent at the address mentioned below:

The customer wanting to return the jewellery is requested to contact us, within 7 days of receipt of the jewellery and must ensure that the jewellery should reach the aforementioned address within 15 days of receipt of the jewellery.
The customer returning the goods must ensure a full insurance of the goods being returned. All cost of postage, courier, insurance, etc. shall be borne by the customer.
After receipt of the parcel, an inspection of the jewellery is undertaken by the company. If the jewellery is found used, or tags are tampered in any way, or any other damage found in the jewellery, the jewellery will be accepted for exchange/return as per our exchange and return policy mentioned herein. Decision of OTM Jewellery will be final and binding in this regard.
The refundable amount will be sent by a/c payee’s cheque. Alternatively, the amount can be deposited in the customer’s bank account, if details are furnished.
