Payments

We have the following modes of payment acceptance:

Online Payment using Credit/Debit Card:

We accept all major credit cards (Visa / MasterCard / American Express). 
Debit Cards from all major banks of India are accepted. 

Online Payment using NetBanking:

Currently we support more than 40 Banks for NetBanking, with support for more soon.
 

Please choose the "Pay using Credit/Debit Card or NetBanking " payment option while checking out, and select your preferred payment method, and follow the instructions on screen. You will be redirected to the secure, RazorPay payment gateway, where you can safely enter your card/bank details. 

All online transactions are completed on fully secure and encrypted servers, making them completely safe.

Payment directly transferred to bank:

Payments from customers in India can directly be deposited in cash/cheque in the following Bank accounts of OTM JEWELLERY PVT LTD

1. HDFC Bank – a/c no. 04822320000087
2. ICICI Bank – a/c no. 630005008394

The customer is required to send a scanned copy of the deposit slip to our billing department at otmjewellery@gmail.com

The transaction order number should be mentioned along with the deposit slip.

Payment by cheque/bank drafts:

Send us a crossed (A/c Payee) Cheque or Bank Draft of your billed amount, Payable to OTM Jewellery Pvt Ltd, Payable at New Delhi along with your name, address, telephone number and your order no. on the back of the instrument, as provided in the online payment form. 

Jewellery will be dispatched within 7 days of:  
1. Clearance of the Cheque / Draft. 
2. Receipt of scanned copy of identification proof in case of Online payment (wherever required) 
3. Receipt of scanned copy of Deposit Slip in case of direct transfer to bank
